Our driver will be waiting for you at the arrival hall with a sign with your name on it, or we can pick you up at your accommodation.
When you arrive at the Casa de Las Palmas hostel, go to the reception desk to let them know you have a tour. There you will receive additional information about the tour and can make your final preparations. You can also leave your luggage in storage if you need to.

The tour starts at 9:00 am from Casa de las Palmas hostel and heads to the port of Leticia to board a boat that will take us through the Amazon and Yavarí rivers to the authentic lodge in Sacambu, Peru, in a journey of approximately three hours.

2Sacambu
At the lodge, you will enjoy lunch and have time for a short rest. Afterwards, we venture out to swim in the lakes of Sacambu, followed by exploring the rivers in search of pink and gray dolphins. The day concludes with a vibrant sunset from the boat.

Back at the accommodation, you will have time to relax before dinner and then engage in a nighttime activity, either caiman spotting or a walk through the flooded jungle, depending on the river level. The first night is spent either at the accommodation in a bed with a mosquito net or camping outside with hammocks, it is up to you

After breakfast, we embark on a quest to find an ideal spot for fishing, with the exciting possibility of catching piranhas.

After fishing, we return to the accommodation for lunch and a bit of rest. In the afternoon, you will enjoy a walk or boat ride (depending on the river level) of two to three hours through the lowland jungle in search of wildlife and flora.

At night, you can go on a night hike or canoe trip, then spend the night camping in the jungle or sleeping in a bed with a mosquito net at the lodge.

After breakfast, we visit a small village to observe the Pirarocú, the largest river fish, and monkeys in the process of being released.

We return to the lodging for lunch and prepare for the return to Leticia, with the option of navigating the Gamboa River (depending on the river level). The tour concludes in Leticia between 4:00 pm and 6:00 pm.
