When you arrive at Cancun International Airport, please follow these directions to find the driver who will transport you to your destination:

Please show your confirmation voucher to the representative of the company and the driver on arrival on your phone.
• Once you land at Cancun Airport, you will receive an SMS or Whatsapp text message from the company’s airport presenter and you will first need to go through immigration and customs.
We will be monitoring your flight and arrival terminal until you leave... After going through immigration, picking up your luggage and clearing customs, you will see timeshare vendors and transportation along the aisle. They will try to offer you free tours and assistance with your transfers. PLEASE IGNORE THEM (do not talk to them and continue walking). Look for our team after leaving through the sliding front door; we will be waiting for you in the area where all other transportation companies are located.
• The company representative will receive you holding a tablet with your name written on it and you will be dressed in a long sleeve green shirt.
Go directly to the exit doors. If a representative of other agencies or hotels tries to stop you—there are a lot of scammers—please don’t stop and help us by going directly to our representative (we’ll be there waiting for you, so don’t believe people who say our team left or will reimburse you).
Our airport representatives wear uniforms with apple green shirts and black pants. All our representatives and drivers also have an authorized airport identification.
If it takes more than an hour to leave the terminal after your landing due to your airline, lost luggage or other reason, and if you do not see our driver when you leave the airport, please contact us.

Additional charges will not apply if your party members arrive on different flights, provided we are notified in advance.
If we are not informed in advance and there are last minute changes, extended waiting times or additional travel within the airport, an additional charge will apply due to the extra logistics involved.
If you need a baby chair, please request it in advance when booking (2 chairs per booking only). Unfortunately, we do not have baby chairs at short notice or at the last minute.
This ticket is valid for a simple trip if you want a round trip you must book another ticket go to your Viator portal (TripAdvisor) and look for the “products departing from Hotels to Cancun Airport”.
For a full refund, cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
