When you arrive at Cancun International Airport, please follow these directions to find the driver who will transport you to your destination:

Please show this confirmation voucher to the company representative and the driver on arrival on your phone. The confirmation slip will have all the necessary information.

• Once you land at Cancun Airport, you will first need to go through immigration and customs.
We will be monitoring your flight and arrival terminal until you leave... After going through immigration, picking up your luggage and clearing customs, you will see timeshare vendors and transportation along the aisle. They will try to offer you free tours and assistance with your transfers. PLEASE IGNORE THEM (do not talk to them and continue walking). Look for our team after leaving through the sliding front door; we will be waiting for you in the area where all other transportation companies are located.

• The company representative will receive you holding a tablet with your name written on it and you will be dressed in a long green shirt.
Go directly to the exit doors. If a representative of other agencies or hotels tries to stop you—there are a lot of scammers—please don’t stop and help us by going directly to our representative (we’ll be there waiting for you, so don’t believe people who say our team left or will reimburse you).

Our airport representatives wear uniforms with apple green shirts and black pants. All our representatives and drivers also have an authorized airport identification.

If it takes more than an hour to leave the terminal after your landing due to your airline, lost luggage or other reason, and if you do not see our driver when you leave the airport, please contact us.

In case of flight changes, delays or any problems, please inform us by replying to the confirmation email (preferred option), as we need everything in writing.

IF YOU DO NOT CONTACT THE EQUIPMENT IN ANY WAY WITHIN 2 HOURS OF LANDING THE FLIGHT, WE WILL ASSUME THAT YOU DID NOT SHOW UP (NO SHOW) AND ADDITIONAL CHARGES MAY APPLY.
(We recommend sending an email or calling us if the lines are long or if you have lost your luggage.)

Please check the details of the confirmation slip carefully and make sure everything matches your information (dates, times and any other important data) as errors may occur and we are not responsible if you do not review this information.

If you have a connecting flight and will not be able to board the scheduled flight to Cancun, you must inform us to rearrange the arrival time of the new flight. If you do not inform us and we are waiting at the airport for the original flight, this will be considered NO SHOW and there may be an additional charge if we have a vehicle available. (If you let us know in advance, it shouldn't be a problem.)

If someone from your group arrives on a different flight, it is very important to inform us to schedule the correct airport pickup time. If you do not notify us in advance, an additional fee may be charged for extra waiting time.

If you do not contact the team in any way within 2 hours of the flight landing, we will mark the service as NO SHOW, and additional charges may apply.
