Experience Amsterdam in a whole new light during the Amsterdam Light Festival Edition 15 (26 Nov 2026 – 17 Jan 2027): 15 years of light art with a brand-new route. Step aboard a fully covered electric boat and glide through the illuminated canals as light artworks turn bridges, façades and the water into a glowing open-air gallery.
Every ticket includes a hot glühwein or tea and a Dutch stroopwafel – standard, not an upsell – plus free blankets. Want more? Choose the Unlimited Drinks option: glühwein, beer, wine, tea and soft drinks all cruise long. Boats are covered but not heated, so dress warmly.
KINboat is an official festival partner. Your local skipper (English & Dutch) follows the official route with stories about the artworks and the city; a free digital guide adds explanations in 8 languages. Max. 25 guests, departures every 30 minutes from Prins Hendrikkade, directly opposite Central Station.
