Salt Cathedral First wonder of Colombia. Located 40 km from Bogota in Zipaquira. A town of high indigenous value dominated by the old Muisca chief Zipa. Architectural work built inside the salt mines at a depth of 180 meters that houses myths, legends of the region and of the miners. It is a unique place that commemorates the Way of the Cross of Jesus Christ, attracting pilgrims and tourists. Brief stop at the Plaza de Zipaquirá to freely explore its most representative streets. Mount Monserrate
City tour with Monserrate. Walk through the Plaza de Bolívar with a professional guide getting to know the primate cathedral, Liévano Palace, Archbishop's Palace, Sagrario Chapel, Capitol, Casa de los Comuneros, Casa del Vase, Gold Museum (admission included, closed on Mondays), Casa de la Moneda and Botero Museum (closed on Tuesdays).
