Amsterdam is a different city after dark. The day crowds thin out, the bridges switch on, and the canals turn into long lines of gold on the water.
Step aboard for a relaxed evening cruise through the historic centre, drink in hand. You'll glide under lit bridges, past seventeenth-century canal houses with their windows glowing, and along the quiet stretches of the canal ring and the Jordaan that most visitors only ever see in daylight.
Your guide keeps it conversational — the stories behind the houses, what the city is actually like to live in, and where to head once you're back on dry land.
