Meeting and pickup
Firstly, you should provide us your Flight details and arriving time. Upon arrival at Da Nang Airport, after clearing all customs procedures, please proceed to exit gate and look for your driver who will be waiting at the lobby, holding the signboard with your name on it. On the way to Hue hotel, you will stop at Lang Co beach and Hai Van pass for sightseeing and take pictures for about 1 hour and it includes in the price. If you wish to visit more places, it will be surcharged
Upon arrival at Da Nang Airport, after clearing all customs procedures, please proceed to exit gate and look for your driver who will be waiting at the lobby, holding the signboard with your name on it. Your guide will come to meet you up and transfer you to hotel.
The driver will drop you off at the hotel address you provided us after about 3 hours from the departure time. The hotel to drop you off should be in the center of Hue. The hotels out of 5 kilometers shall be flexibly surcharged
What to expect
Step 2: Wait for a reply/available confirmation from transportation provider (normally within 24 hours)
Step 3: Inform guests with full name, phone number of driver as well as car information
Step 4: Upon arrival at Da Nang Airport, after clearing all customs procedures, please proceed to exit gate and look for your driver who will be waiting at the lobby, holding the signboard with your name on it
Step 5: Stop to visit Lang Co beach, Hai Van pass on the way within 1 hour for 2 these places
Step 6: Drop off at Hue hotel.
Step 7: Finish. Sign a confirmation paper prepared the driver.
