We will meet us outside of the central station Wien Hauptbahnhof in Vienna. Use the southern exit, I will wait at the little parking space next to the taxi station, Aiport bus and the Hop-On-Busses. On the other street side, you will find a police station.

What to expect

Experience the scenic beauty of the Danube river near the Hungarian Gate. This hike with a fantastic view, overlooking Hainburg and Bratislava, also offers insights into a unique natural landscape, the Danube river at the Hungarian gate between the Braunsberg and the Devín. We visit tunnels, a ruin and will climb a replica of a Celtic palisade.
