Here, you’ll explore the vibrant colors and aromas of Peru through a tasting of native exotic fruits, many of them sourced from the Amazon rainforest and the Andes. You’ll also sample iconic dishes from Peru’s coastal cuisine, world-renowned for its freshness, refined techniques, and deep connection to the Pacific Ocean—one of the most biodiverse seas on the planet.
Miraflores: Ancestral & distinction In Miraflores, you’ll have the opportunity to choose between two unique gastronomic experiences, each showcasing a different side of Peru’s rich culinary heritage: Option 1: Taste Peruvian Amazonian cuisine, featuring native ingredients and ancestral flavors from the rainforest. Option 2: Visit a family-run Arequipean restaurant to enjoy traditional recipes from southern Peru.
Barranco – Coffee, Art and Pisco To conclude our journey through flavors and aromas, we head to the bohemian district of Barranco, renowned for its republican architecture, artistic heritage, and creative spirit. Here, you will enjoy Peruvian specialty coffee, celebrated for its origin, diversity, and elegant flavor profiles, sourced from the Andean–Amazonian regions.
