Start your Jordan experience with meet and assist service at Amman Queen Alia International Airport, and an airport transfer to your selected Amman hotel option. Check in, dinner and overnight.
Start your day by having a traditional Arabic well served breakfast out of the hotel; begin your tour with a panoramic visit of the new and ancient city, known as Philadelphia: tour the modern part of the city then visit the city center, traditional markets (souqs), churches, and mosques like King Abdullah Blue Mosque next to the Parliament. Proceed by visiting the Citadel and the Roman Theater.
Continue for a walking tour in Rainbow Street in Jabal Amman 1st Circle. When Amman was a small town, this gentle neighborhood was the preserve of the elite. The streets are lined with many fine old villas dating from the 1920s and 1930s.
Continue to the Abdali Boulevard, the new downtown walking area with its modern shops and Al - Abdali Mall.
Proceed to Al - Weibdeh old neighborhood for a walking tour to visit the main highlights and several local Arab Art Galleries (optional, entrance fees not included): Jordan National Gallery of Fine Arts, Makan Arts Space, Darat Al Funun, and Dar El Anda. Continue to the National Museum Park and the Paris Circle.
Lunch at a local Amman restaurant like Café Najla’s for an authentic meal, or upgrade on your own expense at Jordan Heritage Restaurant in Jabal Amman; where you can choose to taste the various Jordanian cuisine of each city. Another option to choose also with an upgrade on your own expense to a cooking class with Lunch at Beit Sitti house in Amman. Optional visit of the Royal Automobile Museum at King Hussein Park and tour the modern part of the city. Back to Amman hotel for dinner and overnight.
After breakfast, Departure to Jerash, one of the most complete and best preserved of the Roman Empire. A walk-through time visiting its streets, theaters, temples and other places like the Great Colonnade, the Arc of Triumph, the Oval Plaza, as well as the Temples of Zeus and Artemis.
Proceed to the valley Wadi Moujib for a scenery view of this huge natural gorge.
Proceed to Petra via the valley Wadi Mujib for a scenery view of this huge natural gorge. Arrive Petra. Dinner at Petra Kitchen with Live Cooking to learn some local dishes and learn of the Arabic spices and traditions. Overnight at Petra Hotel.
After breakfast, depart to Petra to visit the Nabatean Red Rose City of Petra, which is one of the Seven Wonders of the World. A city carved in stone more than 2000 years ago to dominate the trade routes of ancient Arabia. First, you will walk the “Siq”, a narrow path of 1.2 kilometers, which is the main entrance to the city. At the end of the “Siq”, you will see the treasury "El - Khazneh" - which was believed to hold countless treasures. The first view of the "Khazneh" is breath-taking. Other monuments you will visit are the Theatre, the Byzantine Church, and the Royal Tombs. Free time for lunch on your own expense. Climb either the Monastery or the High Place of Sacrifice, if time permits. You may also visit The Petra Museum, if there is time. You may also visit The Petra Museum, if there is time.
Return to your vehicle and proceed to the Red Rose desert of Wadi Rum, a unique space. Dinner and overnight at Wadi Rum Camp.
After breakfast, visit of Wadi Rum, called the valley of moon where the movie Lawrence of Arabia and the Martian were filmed, for a classic 2 hours visit of Wadi Rum in a 4x4 local jeeps. Wadi Rum is a uniquely shaped massive mountain that rose amongst the rosy red sand of the desert with towering cliffs of various brownish, reddish, and golden colors, not to be missed; this vast desert where scenes from Lawrence of Arabia, The Martian, as well as other movies like Star Wars: The Rise of Sky Walker were filmed. Visit the local Bedouins for a cup of Arabic tea, as well as free time for a camel ride on client’s own expenses.
Departure to Madaba the "City of Mosaics" where you will visit the church of Saint George which houses the map of the Holy Land made in 571 A. D.
Continue to Mount Nebo, known as the tomb of Moses, from whose summit a magnificent view of the Jordan Valley, and visit its Franciscan Church.
Then transfer to the Dead Sea, the world's first natural spa and the lowest point on earth. Check in and free time at leisure to enjoy hotel facilities: beach and pool for swimming, you may use the spa on your own personal expense. Dinner and overnight at the Dead Sea Hotel.
Breakfast and transfer to Amman Queen Alia International Airport to coincide with the departure flight.
