Luggage Policy
Each traveler is permitted one large or medium suitcase in addition to one standard carry‑on item. Any additional, oversized, or special‑handling luggage must be communicated to us before completing your booking so we can ensure the appropriate vehicle is arranged for your transfer.

On the day before the transfer, the chauffeur contacts the traveler via WhatsApp to reconfirm all details and ensure the traveler knows where and when they will be met. On the day of travel, pickup begins 15 minutes before the scheduled time, allowing a comfortable buffer for punctuality.
For airport arrivals, the chauffeur monitors the flight through Queen Alia International Airport’s information system. If the flight is delayed or arrives early, the pickup time is adjusted accordingly, so the traveler is never left waiting or rushed. Upon arrival, the traveler easily finds their driver, waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing the lead traveler’s name. The chauffeur greets the traveler, assists with luggage, and ensures comfort before starting the journey.
The ride takes place in a modern mid-size vehicle equipped with complimentary bottled water, free Wi-Fi, and phone charging outlets, providing a comfortable and convenient environment throughout. The service operates 24/7, allowing travelers to enjoy a seamless, private transfer at any time.
Finally, the chauffeur delivers the traveler either to any location in Amman or back to Queen Alia International Airport for departures. The entire experience typically concludes about 45 minutes after the transfer begins.
