I present you a unique culinary journey that will indulge you in a hands on Sri Lankan cuisine experience. The venue is easily accessible through the Colombo-Kandy highway, nestled in a tranquil area within Kandy city limits.

What to expect

•To start the unique culinary experience, I will lead

fresh vegetables, herbs & ingredients which will
then go into our mouthwatering Sri Lankan dishes.
• You will also get an introduction to curries, including
all ingredients and spices which we will be using, with
the secrets behind the traditional way of preparing
curry powder.
• We will also crack coconuts, scrape it and extract
coconut milk, an important ingredient in Sri Lankan
cuisine.
• You will get a hands on involvement with every step of
preparation.
• We can cook a typical Sri Lankan meal (rice with 5
curries) according to your dietary preference. All curries
will be cooked in traditional clay pots by using
homemade curry powder.
• I will also be sharing tips about Sri Lankan cooking you
will not easily find anywhere else.
