If we are not informed, please be aware that a full charge will be applied.

- Terminal change has a cost of 15 USD payable to the driver. If we are not informed of different flights at different terminals, the charge will apply for waiting time.
- Service is subject to van and driver availability.
- Always notify us of any flight changes to avoid delays or extra charges.

Additional Stops

- If passengers have different departure times, additional vans require a new reservation.

- Flexibility in destinations: Select your destination correctly when booking. If there is a difference in the rate, it will be adjusted to the corresponding amount.
- Pick up from multiple terminals : For flights arriving at different terminals, we offer this service for an additional USD 15.
- Time tolerance: A maximum of 10 minutes standby time is allowed. After this time, it is considered “No Show”.
