Start your visit to one of the world’s seven wonders. A city 139 miles (225 kilometers) from Amman, carved in stone more than 2000 years ago to dominate the trade routes of ancient Arabia. Visit its towns, dams, and water channels. First, walk the Siq, a narrow path of three-quarters of a mile (1.2 kilometers), which is the main entrance to the city. At the end of the Siq, you will see the treasury "Khazneh" - which was believed to hold countless treasures. The first view of the "Khazneh" is breathtaking.
to visit Little Petra, Beyond Umm Sayhun, a short distance North of Petra, the road runs between wild and beautiful outcrops of rock, the color of pale honey.
