After clearing customs and collected bags, enter the Ground Transportation Hall, then immediately make a right turn and exit through the sliding glass door to the outside. Look to the right behind the green and yellow barriers for your name on the hand held sign.

What to expect

Our guests are sent arrival instructions prior to landing. They will then be greeted at the airport by our courteous and accommodating staff with a customized sign board. After confirming accommodation, staff will then call your designated driver who will take you to your resort destination.
