What to expect
I invite you to join me in discovering and cooking two traditional Romanian dishes!
The first one is bulz, a rustic and flavorful dish. We will prepare a creamy polenta using corn flour, salt, and sour cream, then combine it with authentic cheese from Transylvania and melted cheese. The result? A burst of authentic flavors, perfect for delighting your taste buds!
The second dish is a famous Romanian dessert: papanași. We will make a fluffy dough using sweet cheese, eggs, flour, and a touch of cinnamon, then fry it until golden and crispy on the outside. Finally, we will serve it with sour cream and strawberry or blueberry jam – an irresistible combination!
