    7 : 45 AM. After breakfast at your hotel in Cusco or Sacred Valley, our guide will pick you up from your accommodation to start your journey to the Sacred Valley of the Incas.     Chinchero

    8 : 30 AM. After an hour's drive from Cusco, we arrived in the charming village of Chinchero. We will visit a local family that keeps alive the traditions of the Andean fabric. You can get to know their alpacas and llamas, feed them, take photos and discover the ancient natural dyeing techniques with which they create their colorful hand-woven fabrics.

    9 : 30 AM. Admire Moray’s impressive circular terraces, surrounded by the majestic Andes. Your guide will reveal how the Incas experimented with different microclimates to grow their food. A fascinating place that combines engineering, history and natural beauty.

    Salinas de Maras

    11 : 00 AM. We will observe the thousands of salt ponds of Maras, which continue in use since Inca times. This place offers one of the most representative views of the Sacred Valley, our guide will be happy to capture this moment for you. Afterwards, we will continue the tour to enjoy a traditional lunch.

    Ollantaytambo

    12 : 45 PM. You will enjoy lunch in one of the best restaurants in Ollantaytambo, with diversity of Peruvian cuisine, among salads, soups, main dishes. Vegetarian options are also offered.

    13 : 45 PM. We will visit the terraces and ruins of Ollantaytambo, an important military, religious and agricultural center that protected the entrance to the road to Machu Picchu. This place was the scene of significant events during the Spanish invasion. At the end of the visit, we will go to the train station to board the selected service (regular train, panoramic or observatory, depending on your reservation). During the journey of approximately 1 hour and 45 minutes, you can enjoy spectacular Andean landscapes and the Urubamba River, towards Aguas Calientes.

    Aguas Calientes

    18 :00 Upon arrival in Aguas Calientes (village of Machu Picchu), our staff will be waiting for you at the departure of the train station to transfer you to your hotel. After check-in, you will have the afternoon free to rest or tour the town on your own.

    Guided tour of Machu Picchu and return to Cuzco in the afternoon

    Machu Picchu

    07:00 am After breakfast at the hotel, we will head with our guide to the bus station, which will take us to the main gate of the Machu Picchu Historical Shrine. We will start a guided tour of the main areas of the Inca citadel, touring its squares, temples and steps of finely carved stone. During the tour, your guide will share the historical and spiritual aspects that make Machu Picchu one of the seven wonders of the modern world. At the end of the guided tour, you will have free time to explore the site on your own and enjoy the surroundings. Afterwards, we will take the bus back to Aguas Calientes, where you will have time for lunch (lunch not included). 14 :00 At the right time, we will board the train back to Ollantaytambo station, again enjoying the stunning landscapes of the valley.

    Ollantaytambo

    Upon arrival at Ollantaytambo train station, our transport will be waiting to take you back to your hotel in Cusco. Estimated arrival time: 18:00 h.
