What to expect

We will meet in frant of (dar al mouwaten) thanWe will start by shopping in the market where the locals buy the freshest ingredients. We will purchase meat, pastries, vegetables, and spices from my friends at the shops.

You can choose your ingredients for the tajine – either beef, lamb, chicken, fish, or vegetarian. *If you would like fish , please let me know beforehand, so I can prepare it.

Then we will head to my home, where I will make the traditional Moroccan mint tea and we will prepare the food and cook together. See you soon
