Yaoxue Ice and Snow World is an urban ice and snow resort complex jointly developed by Shanghai Lujiazui Group Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Port City Development (Group) Co., Ltd., with a total construction area of approximately 350,000 square meters. It mainly includes an indoor real-snow ski resort with a construction area of approximately 90,000 square meters, an all-weather water park, a competition-level ice rink, three-star resort hotels, a multi-functional convention and exhibition center, and an ice and snow-themed commercial town.
The project integrates various elements such as sports, recreation, commerce, culture, art, and technology, and is equipped with world-class hardware and supporting facilities. It offers a rich array of vacation and leisure products such as skiing, snow entertainment, water play, shopping, hotels, competitions, and performances, and is committed to creating a one-stop ice and snow resort destination.

The Guinness World Records certifies this as the world's largest indoor snow resort, with an area of 98,828.7 square meters, equivalent to the size of 12 football fields. With diverse ski trail designs, the Yaoxue Ice and Snow World has a vertical drop of nearly 60 meters and three professional ski trails with a total length of nearly 1,200 meters, including advanced trails, intermediate trails and S-shaped three-dimensional ski trails suitable for skiers of different technical levels. In addition to skiing, Yaoxue Ice and Snow World also provides a snow entertainment area, among which the Snow Country Train and Snow Mountain Jumping Platform have become the "must-check-in" items for most tourists. In addition, there are nearly 20 snow entertainment projects such as snow trains and flying snow gliders to meet the holiday needs of tourists of different ages.

- Tickets purchased for immediate use can be used to enter the park immediately after a successful booking. The latest time to purchase a ticket on the same day is 2.5 hours before closing, and the latest time to enter the park on the same day is 2 hours before closing. The operating hours of Snow World are subject to the Snow World announcement.
- Tickets are valid for single entry only. Multiple entries are not allowed. You will need to purchase a new ticket to re-enter Snow World after exiting.
- Yao Xue Snow World is divided into skiing and snow play areas. You cannot visit both areas with the same ticket. Please purchase your ticket according to your needs.
- Snow Fun Area: Monday to Friday: 10:00-18:00, entry stops at 16:00. Saturday to Sunday, New Year's Day (1.1-1.3): 10:00-21:00, entry stops at 19:00.
- Confirmation will be received at time of booking
- Please bring a valid photo ID/passport with you as it is required to be displayed at the entrance.
- No Show policy: Failure to report on time will result in a No Show, and no rescheduling or refund will be provided.
