What to expect

Step 1
You receive a confirmation for your booking from us confirming all the details given to us from you.

Step 2
On the arrival day, we track down your ship making sure about delays or early arrivals so you don't have to worry about.

Step 3
Welcome you at the arrival area at the cruise Terminal (A,B or C) the driver will be waiting for you holding a sign with your name on it.Then he will help you out with your luggage making sure you are ready or you need something else before you depart.Never leave the area without contacting with the driver or the office.

Step 4
Entering the vehicle you will be given bottled water and also free wifi internet access.Your driver once again will confirm the destination with you.During the ride according to his availability for safety reasons he or she can answer to questions about the city or give any information that can be helpful during your stay.

Step 5
Arriving at your destination and unloading your luggage, the driver will be sure that the destination given is correct and also make sure that you safely enter your accomodation.In case something is wrong ask the driver to call wherever you may need so that you can find your way out.
