White soup made of yam and local cheese.

Served with coconut rice, plantains in temptation and avocado ají.

Menu 2 - Carimañolas (Cheese, Crab, Meat)
Traditional Colombianfried cassava dough rolls, stuffed with either meat, cheese or crab
Menu 2 - Red Snapper with Coconut Milk Sauce
Served with coconut rice and patacones

A traditional Colombia dessert made from grated cassava, coconut, sugar, and cheese, baked until firm and sweet.
