What to expect

This is a premium, small-group cooking experience hosted by Lunático Experience, a local culinary project dedicated to sharing Colombian Caribbean flavors through hands-on, carefully curated experiences. Guided by professional local chefs, you’ll cook traditional dishes from scratch, learn essential techniques, and enjoy a relaxed and interactive atmosphere in our private cooking studio.

During the class, you will prepare a complete Colombian Caribbean menu using fresh local ingredients. The experience is fully hands-on: you will cook, taste, ask questions, and share the meal you prepare together with the group.

Group sizes are intentionally kept small to ensure personal guidance, smooth cooking flow, and meaningful interaction with the chef.

Menus vary by session to ensure the best experience and ingredient freshness.

• Morning classes focus on traditional Colombian comfort cooking, featuring our signature Posta Negra Cartagenera, a slow-cooked beef dish in a rich Caribbean-style sauce.

• Afternoon classes explore lighter, coastal flavors with a seafood-based Caribbean menu inspired by the region’s culinary traditions.
