Arepa de huevo
A traditional Colombian corn cake stuffed with a perfectly fried egg inside. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, this is a must-try!
Carimañola
A deliciously crispy cassava pastry filled with seasoned meat or cheese. It’s similar to an empanada, but with a unique twist.
Patacones
Fried green plantain slices, smashed and cooked until golden brown. Served with a variety of toppings or dipping sauces for a satisfying crunch.
The workshop will be held at Lunático Experience. If arriving by taxi, ask the driver to drop you off at the "Mural de las 3 Guerreras Afro" on Avenida Pedregal, just two houses down from the Juan Valdez located at the corner of Calle Medialuna.
