Established in 1995 we share our love of cheesemaking, great food and wine matches with our personalised tasting experience for individual & group travellers.

A visit will truly show the food loving traveller the wonderful artisan food bounty of the Hunter Valley.

    Ideal for cheese loving foodies, explore the different flavours of our handmade cheese while enjoying a well rounded sophiscated meal. Our cheese platter lunch tasting offers a delightful variety of artisan cheese alongside thoughtfully paried accompaniments. Choose 4 artisan cheeses (we will help you choose) showcase the textures & flavours of our Bries, cheddars and soft rinded cheeses. Yes we also have our amazing Blue Vein available if selected. You cheeseboard includes fresh local breads, gourmet wafers, housemade chutney, fruit slices and chocolate - Examples of optional extras are olives, cold meats, nuts, pastes and cold or hot beverages
