You can choose a pickup location at checkout (multiple pickup locations are available).
Pickup details:

At the airport; we shall have a driver hold a placard with the client's name on it just outside the arrivals terminal.

At the hotel: we will have the driver meet you in the lobby while holding your name on a placard and in case we can't find the client, we will contact the reception to reach out to you.

NOTE: Before we send out the driver to pick up the client, we will contact you and send the driver details including the driver name, telephone number, emergency hotline.

What to expect

This transportation service can last between 1 to 12 hours between days. for example if a traveller is coming to Uganda and would need to hire a car and driver for about three days in Kampala and Masaka. he will choose this car hire plus driver option and would head to masaka with a driver(this duration of this trip is about 5 hours) so when they get to Masaka they will drive around for a few hours(not more than 12 hours) and do the some errands on te next 2 days (as long as they dont drive for more than 12hours a day). On day three, they will then return to Kampala or head straight to Entebbe for their flight.

The traveller will pay, say, about 50$ per day (making it 150$ in total) to you, and you lets say pay us 120 for the 3 days. It's important to note that the traveller these days will have to pay for the gas as he/she travels around.

NB: it is car hire per day that the traveller pays but shall have to pay for the gas on ground when they arrive.
