During the trip, you will enjoy the stunning views of Abisko Village, Lake Torneträsk, and Lapporten. We’ll visit the impressive Abisko Canyon and admire the Silver Waterfall, which transforms into a frozen spectacle during the winter months.
Throughout the day, your guides will share stories and knowledge about this extraordinary region. Swedish Lapland is also home to an incredible variety of Arctic wildlife. In these pristine landscapes, it’s possible to spot reindeer moving gracefully through the snow, moose wandering along the forest edge, or even catch a glimpse of a fox, Arctic hare, or Arctic owl. You’ll also learn a few tips and tricks to help recognize tracks and other signs of wildlife during the walk.
After the tour, we’ll drive back to Kiruna along Lake Torneträsk, Kaisepakte, and the scenic Arctic Road, a beautiful route that offers one last look at the winter landscape before returning to Kiruna.
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
To make our pickup service as smooth as possible, we ask all our guests to wait for us outside of the hotel at the designated pickup time, not inside the reception. We will not be able to contact you beforehand, and we will not be able to check inside the reception. We provide a 5-minute waiting period. However, if we cannot reach you, we will have to leave to respect the other guests’ pickup times.
Guests staying at Best Western Arctic Eden will be picked up in front of Arctic Thai, which is a restaurant located directly in front of the hotel, as it is not possible to get to the hotel with the car.
Guests staying at Elite Frost Hotel and Scandic will be picked up at the Kiruna Tourism Office (Malmvägen 9B) – just 200m walk as it is not possible to get to the hotel with the car.
Unfortunately pick-up/drop-off service is not available at Airbnb, Camp Alta, Aurora Camp Kurravaara or Reindeer Lodge. You’re more than welcome to meet us at any of our designated pick-up points.

We’ll enjoy a scenic Arctic road trip, driving through the heart of Swedish Lapland. The route follows Lake Torneträsk and Kaisepakte, offering stunning views of the winter landscape.
