Most probably this obelisk belongs to Queen Hatshepsut, one of the rulers of the 18th Dynasty and the royal wife of king Tuthmosis II. This queen was the owner of her Temple in the eastern bank of Luxor. Also there is an opinion said that it belongs to Queen Nefertiti.

2Aswan High Dam
Aswan high dam is the largest and greatest engineering project of the 20th century in terms of architecture and engineering, surpassing other giant global projects. The High Dam was set up to protect Egypt from high floods that destroyed large areas of land leading to the Mediterranean Sea.
