Transfer to the Ngorongoro crater via Olduvai Gorge. Ngorongoro is an impressive 20km wide volcanic crater with 600m walls. The views from the crater are breathtaking, and there is an ever-present abundance of wildlife due to the permanent water supply on the crater floor. Olduvai Gorge is famed for the discovery of 3.5 million year-old fossil fragments from an early human civilization. We will enjoy lunch at the crater and the afternoon will be spent at your fully Game drive. Overnight at Octagon Lodge.

You will be picked up from the airport with a briefing, thereafter you will be driven north past the equator to the northern frontier district. Continue to the semi-arid Samburu National reserve and check in to your campsite. There will be time to settle in before your safari adventure. Samburu is also known for some rather unique wildlife not usually seen elsewhere. A visit to the reserve will bring you in sight of such memorable species as Grevy’s Zebra, the reticulated giraffe and the Beisa onyx. And this is one of the few parks where you have a good chance of spotting African wild dogs. On game drives over the savannah, through acacia forest and riverine vegetation there will be numerous opportunities to view kingfishers, marabous, vultures, guinea fowl, Somali ostrich, egret, falcon and eagle. Set out for an afternoon game drive in the reserve. Return to the lodge before dark. Dinner and overnight: Samburu Game Lodge.

Set out for an early morning game drive in the Samburu reserve. This is usually the most popular game viewing time. During the early hours’ temperatures are low, thus providing a favorable atmosphere both for the game and the viewer. Lion, Cheetah, and Leopard roam the vast grasslands in search of their next meal, it may be an unsuspecting impala or even a small one like the warthog whatever the players, the spectacle of nature unfolding is always awe-inspiring! 8.30 am. Back at the lodge, enjoy your sumptuous breakfast. 12.30 pm Lunch in the lodge then its time at leisure to relax by the riverside watching crocodiles 4.00 pm. Afternoon game drive. Return to the campsite before dark. 7.30 pm dinner and overnight: Samburu Elephant Lodge.

3Lake Nakuru National Park
After early breakfast depart for a morning game drive in the reserve, en-route to the gate. Drive a southerly direction to the equator for a brief stop. Here, the locals do a water demonstration to qualify the position of the equator and for a small tip you could be awarded an 'equator Certificate. After the brief stop, Drive to the Thompsons falls for a photo-stop then down into the great rift valley. As you ascend the eastern wall of the rift Valley, lush coffee and tea plantations reveal themselves and your driver-guides will give you a brief talk about coffee farming in Kenya. 4Maasai Mara National Reserve
Check out thereafter and drive via Narok town to Maasai Mara National Reserve, the land of the Maasai tribe. In the morning after long and sound full sleep, tea or coffee, and cookies will be served at the campsite, Set out for a full day game drive in the reserve. This is usually the most popular game viewing time. During the early hours, temperatures are low, thus providing a favorable atmosphere both for the game and the viewer. Lion, cheetah, and Leopard roam the vast grasslands in search of their next prey, it may be an unsuspecting impala or even a small one like the warthog. 6Lake Naivasha
After breakfast, head south, passing through Naivasha town and drive around the southern end of the lake, past the flower farms to the entrance of Hell’s Gate National Park. Soon after you enter the park the impressive landscape unfolds before you a semi-arid world with sheer rugged cliffs, open plains, and deep concealed gorges. An afternoon boat ride at extra cost among colonies of hippos will be ideal view over the Lake Naivasha. There are many activities you can do in Hell’s Gate including, walking, cycling, rock climbing, bird watching, and trekking through the gorge amongst the geysers, the choice is yours. Enjoy a picnic lunch, then mid-afternoon, and depart for your accommodation on Lake Naivasha for a well-earned hot shower and a cold drink. Accommodation Naivasha Kongoni Lodge.
