After collecting your luggage and clearing Customs, please exit the terminal where your Taylored Tours Jamaica driver will be waiting with a sign displaying the lead traveler's name. If you have any difficulty locating your driver, please contact us immediately using the phone number provided on your booking confirmation. We monitor flight arrivals, so if your flight is delayed, your pickup time will be adjusted accordingly at no additional cost. Please provide your flight number and a working WhatsApp number before arrival to ensure smooth communication.
