What to expect
Get ready to learn and prepare the most delicious Colombian desserts!
For more than 2 hours we will be in the kitchen of our restaurant located in the heart of the historic center of Cartagena with two professional chefs!
You will learn how to cook the most delicious Colombian desserts, guided by our chefs Astrid and Danna. These teachers not only love to teach, but also to learn from travelers about their cultures.
We'll start with stuffed fritters, a Colombian classic, and we'll teach you everything from how to mix the dough to the art of frying them to make them perfectly golden brown and crispy. Then, you'll learn how to fill them with options such as dulce de leche, bocadillo (guava) or cream cheese, adapting the flavors to your tastes.
Afterwards, we will explore the charm of enyucado, a typical dessert based on yucca and cheese that we will accompany with homemade ice cream. You will learn the secrets to achieve its soft texture and that perfect balance between sweet and salty.
