Pick up from Nairobi hotel / Nairobi Airport Depart for the lake Nakuru national park. An easy scenic sightseeing drive via the great rift valley escarpment with views of awesome scenery There shall be stops to marvel at the dramatic fall of the great rift valley escarpment. We shall stop at the Freshwater Lake Naivasha for an exciting boat safari to view hippos, exotic birds and small game. This shall be followed by guided walking safari at the Crescent Island Later proceed to the Lake Nakuru arriving during the late morning. The Lake Nakuru national park is home to black and white rhino, lions, warthogs, giraffes, zebra and other small game. It also hosts large number of bird species including Pelicans and sometimes a sizable Flamingo population. Afternoon shall be spent on bird and game watching drives around the Lake.

Today shall be a game viewing extravaganza! Masai Mara Game reserve remains the most exciting wildlife eco-system in the Natural world. It is host to the highest and most varied concentration of wild animals than any other wildlife park in the region. The scenic appeal of the tree studded savannah plains, the moderate climate and diversity of wild game species makes it a one stop shop for game viewing activities. We shall traverse the Masai Mara reserve on a full day of unlimited game viewing encountering the big five and more of the lesser game. Picnic lunch shall be by the Mara river as we watch hippos & crocodiles or maybe the great migration (July – October)
After a leisurely breakfast at your lodge/camp, your dedicated driver guide will assist you with the checkout process and proceed to Nairobi – Kenya’s colorful capital city. On the way, your guide will point out the Longonot extinct volcano which is a strato volcano located southeast of Lake Naivasha in the Great Rift Valley of Kenya. It is thought to have last erupted in the 1860s and its name is derived from the Maasai word Oloonong’ot, meaning “mountains of many spurs” or “steep ridges “. You can opt to drive via Naivasha for lunch/excursions at an extra cost or drive straight to Nairobi and pass by Kiambethu farm for the tea farm tour inclusive of a three-course buffet lunch (at an extra cost) OR drive straight back to the capital and later transfer to Jomo Kenyatta International airport for your back home.
