Day 1
NAIROBI - MAASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE.

Maasai Mara National Reserve
You are welcomed by Pongezi Africa Safaris representative at the Airport. You are given a short brief of your safaris. Later you drive to the west side of Kenya to Maasai Mara. Have a stop at the Great Rift Valley View Point along the road that was built by Italians Prisoners with the Smallest Church. Pass through the agricultural area of Maize, Wheat and Barley. Arrive in time for lunch at Mara Base Camp. Have a game drive in the afternoon. Look for Common Zebras, Topi. Wait for the beautiful Sunset with an Acacia Tree. Be back to the Camp at 1630hrs.

Day 2
FULL DAY IN MAASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE.

Maasai Mara National Reserve
You have a full day game drive with the picnic lunch. The name’ Maasai’ means the speakers of Maa language and ‘Mara’ means Spotted. It’s the seventh wonders of the world due to its annual wild animals migration from Serengeti in Tanzania to Maasai Mara. It occupies an area of 1500 km2. You look for Lions, Cheetahs, Zebras, Leopards, Crocodiles and Giraffes. Be back to the Camp at 1800hrs.

Day 3
MAASAI MARA NATIONAL RESERVE - LAKE NAIVASHA.

Lake Naivasha
Have an early game drive when the animals i.e Lions and Cheetahs are active. Get a beautiful Sunrise with the animals on the horizon. Have breakfast and leave for Lake Naivasha. Arrive for lunch at Lake Naivasha Resort. In the afternoon leave for a boat ride with a walk in the Crescent Island. Be back to the hotel at 1730hrs.

Day 4
LAKE NAIVASHA - AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK.

Amboseli National Park
At 0700hrs leave for Amboseli passing through Nairobi. Drive towards South till you reach on the slopes of Mt Kilimanjaro. Arrive for lunch at Amboseli Kibo Safari Camp. At 1600hrs you have a game drive in the park. Amboseli is known for big herd of elephants grazing in the swamp under the Snow Capped Mt. Kilimanjaro. Late in the evening you will capture another photo as they cross in front of your safari cars, heading towards the forest where they sleep. Other animals to see are; African Buffalo, Burchell Zebra, Spotted Hyena, Lion and Cheetah. Wait for the beautiful Sunset with Herd of Elephants and Mount Kilimanjaro.

Day 5
AMBOSELI NATIONAL PARK - TSAVO WEST NATIONAL PARK.

Early breakfast and have Game Drive at 0630hrs. Wait for the herds of the African Elephants coming down from Mount Kilimanjaro and cross in front of your safari car as they enter into marshy area where they feed the rest of the day. Capture them with the beautiful Sunrise. You will see Lesser and Greater Flamingoes, Pelicans, Cormorants, Goliath Heron etc. Visit the unique Palm tree forest for some hammer kop birds and it’s where we find the Camp for the Elephant’s Research Team. At 0900hrs, leave for Tsavo. On entering into the Park, have a stop at the recent volcanic activity of Chyulu Hills. Have a walk over the black Lava as you take some photos. Arrive for lunch at Kilaguni Serena Lodge. Have Safari Photography at 1600hrs, with a visit to Mzima Springs. You have some 30 minutes walk as you watch some birds i.e. Superb Starling, Go away bird, African fish eagle. Also look for Nile Crocodiles, Hippopotamus and fish in the pool. Look at the beautiful Sunset with a Comifola tree.
