Meeting and pickup
Our Pro Driver will meet you at the agreed pick-up point. At the airport, a personalized sign with your name will be waiting for you in the Arrivals area.
For transfers departing from hotels, homes or other facilities, the driver will arrive at the address indicated at the agreed time. We ask you to provide us with your flight number (if applicable), telephone number and the full address of your pick-up location to ensure a timely and efficient service.
What to expect
After completing your Reservation, you will receive the service confirmation with all the travel details. Our team remains available for any communication before the transfer date.
On the day of service, your Pro Driver will arrive on time at the indicated pick-up location. For airport transfers, we monitor the flight time in real time to ensure a precise reception even in the event of an advance or delay.
Upon arrival, in the Arrivals area, the driver will greet you with a name sign to facilitate recognition. He will assist you with your luggage and accompany you to the vehicle reserved exclusively for you and your group.
For pick-ups from hotels, homes or other facilities, the driver will arrive directly at the agreed address at the appointed time, ensuring punctuality and maximum discretion.
During your trip you can relax in a state-of-the-art Mercedes vehicle, equipped with premium amenities such as air conditioning, Wi-Fi, water and accessories to make the transfer pleasant and comfortable.
Upon arrival at your destination, the driver will accompany you to the exact point of delivery, also taking care of luggage assistance.
