We offer pick up from hotel at Cancun and Riviera Maya, the pick up time will be confirmed based on your hotel name, please inform us your hotel name after submit. Please wait in the hotel lobby 5 minutes before your scheduled pickup time. We pickup in the majority of hotels that have a designed tour pickup area. For residential area, boutique hotels, airbnbs, downtown hotels or similar, we will assign a meeting point.
