1. Required Information. Please provide your arrival flight number and drop-off location via the Viator or TripAdvisor booking system, messaging, or WhatsApp before your transfer. Failure to provide this information will result in no service and full charge.
2. Meeting Point. Your driver will be waiting for you inside the arrivals hall holding a sign with your name, or at the arrival level exit gate as directed via WhatsApp.
3. Waiting Time and No-Show Policy. We wait 75 minutes from your actual flight arrival at no extra charge. After this, additional waiting is chargeable per hour. Please contact us via WhatsApp or Viator messaging if you are delayed. Failure to make contact will be treated as a no-show, the driver will depart, and the full transfer amount will be charged.
4. Route. This transfer covers Athens Airport to/from Athens City Center only, and does not include Piraeus.
