Meeting and pickup
Exact pick up time will be sent within 24 hours after the booking is completed. Transportation is offered ini air conditioned vans. Please plan to be on time as we can offer only 5 minutes tolerance.
We'll meet at the giant "Palapa" (on the opposite side of the sea) at 8:30am where we'll have the safety briefing and coffee break.

Our guide will meet you at our location and will offer a quick but useful safety briefing while offering a coffee break before boarding the whale shark area. The equipment will be handed here, and this will be our departure and returning spot. After the tour is finished, we come back to the same location, where your transportation will be waiting for you in case you selected that option.

2Playa Norte
After enjoying the swim with the whale shark experience, we'll visit one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, "Playa Norte", where we'll enjoy lunch while relaxing in nice, shallow, crystal clear waters with white sand.
45 minutes • Admission ticket included -
3Caribbean
We'll visit a natural protected area where the whale sharks live and feed temporarily (during May and September). This is where we'll enjoy the whale shark experience. This is located between Isla Mujeres and Isla Contoy (1 hour boat trip from Cancun). On the way, it is usual to see dolphins, turtles and giant manta rays.
