While we search for the Northern Lights, our knowledgeable guide will lead you across treacherous mountain trails.
A fantastic activity called the Northern Lights Experience involves being driven by a knowledgeable super-jeep guide to a remote location not far from Reykjavik. We can travel on mountain roads in a super jeep to regions where there are no lights or minibusses to disturb us! Before the trip, your guide looks at the weather and cloud forecast and takes you to all the best locations with the best chances of seeing the Northern Lights.

The meeting point is in the vestibule of Klettháls 3, outside the Arctic Trucks Store door but inside the front door.
What to expect
After being picked up from your Reykjavik hotel, you will be driven away from the city lights to a secluded location where you can fully immerse yourself in the magic of the Northern Lights.
Our sturdy Super Jeep is the ideal vehicle for navigating the rugged terrain of Iceland and our knowledgeable guides will take you to the best spots to view the captivating natural wonder. While marveling at the dancing lights, our guides will provide you with intriguing insights into the scientific explanation behind this breathtaking phenomenon.
During the tour, we will make a cozy stop to offer you hot chocolate and Icelandic Kleinur, a traditional pastry that perfectly complements the warm beverage. As you sip on your drink and savor the delicious pastry, take a moment to appreciate the extraordinary beauty of the Northern Lights.
