Meeting and pickup
Meet us at the Geo Travel office, conveniently located right at the exit of the secured area. Our friendly staff will be there to welcome you and help you get started on your tour. Please arrive a few minutes early to ensure a timely departure.
We return to Katakolo after the tour, where you can stroll the port, swim at the nearby beach, shop locally, or head straight back to your cruise ship.
What to expect
Departure is approximately 1 to 1.5 hours after your ship’s arrival, when you will board a fully air-conditioned coach for a scenic drive through the countryside of Ilia to Olympia.
Enjoy approximately 2.5 hours of free time in Olympia to explore the iconic Archaeological Site, walk the ancient stadium where the Olympic Flame is still lit today, or visit the renowned Archaeological Museum, home to the famous Hermes of Praxiteles. You may also choose to relax in the modern town of Olympia with its cafés, souvenir shops, and traditional tavernas.
At the end of the excursion, return transportation to the Katakolo cruise terminal is included, with guaranteed arrival in time for your ship’s departure.
