Come join us for an unforgettable interactive experience of red wine blending and education!
We require a minimum of 2 people and a maximum of 14 to run this experience.

We are located at McCaffrey's Estate, 614 Hermitage Road Pokolbin, please park outside the cellar door and come on in ready for your wine experience.

What to expect
Join us for a hands-on blending experience, creating your own unique bottle of wine to take home.
Our wine educators will guide you through the process of selecting and blending different varietals to create a wine that perfectly suits your taste. You’ll get to experiment with different blending ratios until you find the perfect combination. Along the way, you’ll learn about the characteristics of different grapes and how they contribute to the final product.
Once you’ve created your blend, we’ll bottle it up and you’ll get to take it home with you as a one-of-a-kind souvenir of your experience. And of course, you’ll also get to enjoy a glass or two of your creation as you work.
This event is for adults 18+ only and no children are permitted.
