We are in the Marina Chac Chi, located at kilometer 3.2. next to the Cancun Bay Resort Hotel. The entrance to the marina is through the parking lot of the Cancun Bay Resort Hotel. Check-In time is half an hour before your reservation time.

Your Check-In will be half an hour before your reservation time. A Guide will explain how to handle the boat and the signs that they should do throughout the Tour.
