Day:1 Start of the tour We started very early, we left at 8:00 a.m. (In approximately 1 hour, where we will walk to the banks of the Marañón and Ucayali rivers where they join and shape the majestic Amazon, there you can see the pink and gray dolphins. at the base camp which is located on the banks of the Cumaceba ravine 260 km away. from Iquitos and is surrounded by primary jungle. In the afternoon we explore the jungle through flood-prone areas throughout the hiking expedition we will observe some species of monkeys and if we are lucky the sloth, we will also observe the largest aquatic plant on the planet, the famous Victorias Regias and At night enjoy of your first stay listening to the sound of crickets, frogs and others.
Day 2 In the morning we have breakfast, then we have a walk through the jungle to explain the medicinal and edible plants, along the way we will observe some species of monkeys and different species of birds such as the toucan and macaw, it is also possible to climb giant trees and swinging on vines like Tarzan. We can drink the water from the cat's claw, finally we return to the base camp to enjoy a delicious lunch and at night enjoy a pleasant sleep listening to the chorus of crickets, frogs and other jungle animals.
Day 3 In the morning we will have a typical breakfast, then we will walk through floodplains exploring remote areas in the heart of the jungle. In the afternoon we do fishing on the shore of the fishing river and finally at night we have a night excursion to observe the giant lizards and frogs, where they can have the best experience. Return to the base camp and enjoy your stay listening to the jungle sounds.
Day 4 Bird watching at dawn before breakfast, then we will walk in search of animals, if we are lucky we could see some snakes and other species of wild animals throughout the expedition, later we return to the base camp, have lunch and rest after having walked many hours. In the afternoon it is optional to go fishing, swim, or simply rest listening to the sound of the jungle. At night we have dinner then we go on a night walking expedition to observe giant frogs, insects and tarantulas, and other species in their natural habitat....
Day 5 In the morning after breakfast we have a short walk into the jungle hours later we return to the base camp, at noon we have lunch then we prepare to VISIT the community of Puerto Miguel, to observe some species of birds and monkeys. In the community we walked around to meet its people and learn about their lifestyle and customs. Possibly buy some crafts that they offer to tourists. The tour ends at 5: pm
