1Dunn's River Falls and Park
Dunn's River Falls is one of Jamaica’s most famous waterfalls. Climbing the waterfall is a popular activity and is often, but not exclusively performed with the help of tour guides from the park. The falls is about 600 ft from its source to the sea and is washed by fresh spring water from the mountains. It takes about 1-1.5 hours to climb with breaks for photographs and video recordings taken by the guides. The falls is bordered by luscious vegetation that shades the area from the sun and keeps the climbers cool. It can be relatively challenging for some people so recommended to hold hands forming a human chain that will make it easier for climbing. Also, you can now indulge in Zip-lining at the Dunn’s River Falls which is partnered with Chukka Adventures at the location.

2Blue Hole
The Blue Hole is a hidden jem in the mountains, 20 mins away from town of Ocho Rios. It is a breath of fresh air with a swimming hole of turquoise water surrounded by luscious vegetation, with activities such as cliff jumping and rope swings that gives you the urge to jump right in. There is also a natural waterfall and cave where you can enjoy a spa-like mud bath, that is filled with minerals to nourish the skin.
