What to expect
Your private chauffeur service is booked securely through Viator. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with all important details, including date, pick-up time, and location.
2. Confirmation from the chauffeur
Shortly after booking, our team will reach out to you (via email, text message or WhatsApp) to reconfirm the details and collect any preferences you may have—such as specific destinations, extra stops, or luggage requirements.
3. One-Hour Pre-Ride Reminder
Approximately one hour before your scheduled pick-up time, your chauffeur will send you a message (via WhatsApp, SMS, or email) to confirm their arrival time and share vehicle and contact details. This ensures a smooth and stress-free start to your ride.
4. On-Time Pick-Up
On the day of service, your chauffeur will arrive on time at the agreed location. If requested, they can greet you with a name sign. The vehicle will be clean, comfortable, and well-prepared for your journey.
5. Full-Day Flexible Chauffeur Service
