After sunrise, we continue to Lake Louise, where the morning still holds its rare tranquility. Stroll the lakeshore, capture postcard-perfect reflections, or slide out onto the water in a canoe (optional) before the day's crowds arrive. Your guide is with you the whole way, and a café breakfast is waiting when you're ready.

Staggered pick-ups from 3:30 AM in Banff and 4:50 AM in Lake Louise. Catch a few extra ZZZs, spot wildlife grazing at dawn, or watch the first light reveal the Rockies as your guide sets the scene on the way to Moraine Lake for sunrise.

Your guide leads you safely by headlamp to a spectacular viewpoint for sunrise over the Valley of the Ten Peaks. Sip a hot drink as your guide shares the valley’s history and ecology, and offers photography tips for the perfect shot. Most guests stay 1.5 to 2 hours, with time to explore the lakeshore trails.

3Lake Louise
After the sunrise, breakfast is included: a breakfast croissant and freshly brewed coffee, packed and ready whenever you are. Just show up hungry.

4Lake Louise
The morning calm is still yours, before the afternoon crowds arrive. Walk the lakeshore, chase down the hidden viewpoints, or rent a canoe and get out on the glacier-fed water while it’s still calm. Or just stand at the edge of something that doesn’t look real. Your guide is with you the whole way.
