What? You haven’t tried Polish food? Join this virtual experience to get an inside guide to cooking a Polish national dish – pierogi. With your local host, you will become a pierogi-making machine and you will experience authentic Polish meal-time traditions and conversations. A unique way to find yourself in Poland while being actually hundreds of kilometers away.

What's Included
Meeting and pickup
It is an online expereince, so we will be at our place and our guests at their private houses. We will send before the event a list of ingredients and a direct link to the zoom meeting
What to expect
At first, we will prepare a proper, soft dough using flour, egg, and oil. Later, we roll it and, after leaving for a while, we will make small circles good enough to put inside a tasty feeling we will prepare together. It is possible to fill pierogi with literary everything, but we will make the so-called Russian type with a mix of cooked potato, white, farmer's cheese, and fried onion. After short cooking in hot, boiling water we will be ready to enjoy our meal. We will sit together on both sides on the screen, we will eat and make a toast Polish way. To do it, please have something to drink with you (can be Polish vodka if you want to be accurate, but it is really enough you have a beer, wine or even a glass of tea or coffee if you prefer). We will end the experience with some Polish expressions you can use to say goodbye to your new, online friends.
