Guests should check in at the Harbour Air terminal in Victoria, located in the Inner Harbour on Wharf Street. Please arrive at least 40 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time to allow for check-in.

What to expect
Head to Victoria’s Inner Harbour and board a classic seaplane, seating up to 14 passengers for an intimate and scenic journey. Flights depart daily every hour from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m., giving you the flexibility to select the departure time that works best for you.
Take to the skies and enjoy sweeping views of Ogden Point as you depart. Capture stunning aerial photos of the iconic Fairmont Empress, with its ivy-covered façade, and the grand British Columbia Parliament Buildings, beautifully illuminated at night with thousands of lights.
Your captain then flies north over the lush Gulf Islands in the Salish Sea. Along the way, spot the striking green towers of the Lions Gate Bridge and the forested Brockton Peninsula in Stanley Park, before making a smooth landing in Vancouver’s Coal Harbour on Burrard Inlet.
Unlike ferry travel which can take up to four hours to reach downtown Vancouver — this seaplane flight is fast and convenient, with the terminal located right beside Canada Place, placing you in the heart of the city.

- Passengers not checked-in before the check-in cutoff times will not be able to board their scheduled flight and will not be refunded their fare.
- If travelling with children, please be aware that the child fare applies to children aged 2-11 at the time of departure.
- All passengers travelling must be ambulatory in order to fly. A mobility assistance device, such as a wheelchair or cane, may be used by a passenger to get from the terminal to the aircraft, however, passengers must have the ability to walk on and off the aircraft with minimal or no assistance.
