We begin with a passionate explanation of the history of our farm, the meticulous harvesting processes and the essential details of fermentation that lead to seed-to-cup perfection.

After this master class, you will understand the importance of each step of the process, allowing you to fully appreciate your cup of coffee in its various forms of preparation. You will explore the exquisite taste of espresso, Americano and cold brew coffee, immersing yourself in a world of variety and nuance.
