Qingjing Farm
Meet your tour guide and driver at the hotel lobby, and then head for Qingjing, an alpine farm that is widely known as Taiwan’s Little Switzerland. Just sit back, relax and enjoy the scenery through the window during the 4-hour ride. You will visit some rest stops before you reach Qingjing. In 1961, the Nationalist army suffered heavy casualties in Myanmar and retreated to Taiwan. The government accepted majority of the army and their Baiyi ethnic spouses and family, and resettled them in Qingjing. Therefore Qingjing has also become a place where you can enjoy the most authentic Yunnan Baiyi cuisine. After lunch (at your own expense), enjoy yourself in the farm under the blue sky with white and puffy clouds. Green Green Grassland is the most popular attraction in the farm; it’s a green pasture that grazes sheep and cattle, where visitors can interact up-close with the sheep. Later in the afternoon, you can enjoy a good night’s sleep at an exotic B&B in Qingjing Farm.

Cingjing – Mt. Hehuan – Taipei

Hehuanshan National Forest Recreation Area
After breakfast, you will enjoy a scenic ride along the most picturesque road of Taiwan; it’s also a dream-come-true for the local road bikers. Just sit back, relax and enjoy the ever-changing views from the windows.

Situates at an altitude of 3,275 meters above sea level, Hehuanshan Wuling is the highest spot on Taroko National Park, also the highest point on Taiwan’s highway system. Every year during coldest days, the trees beside the road are covered in snow and create a dreamy winterscape.

After that, you will experience a relaxing hike along Mt. Shimen Hiking Trail, which is not far from Wuling. It is the easiest hiking trail to conquer one of Taiwan’s small 100 peaks, where Mt. Qilai, Mt. Pingfeng, Mt. Hehuan, etc. are visable. You’d better take a deep breath before you go! The magnificent view will take your breath away. After lunch (at your own expense), you will head back to Taipei and arrive at your hotel around 17:00. During the 4-hour ride, you can enjoy the scenery through the window or take a nap. Before you reach Taipei, you will visit some rest stops on the way.

• Travelers should have at least a moderate level of physical fitness
• Standard hotel rooms in Taiwan contain either two single/twin beds or a double bed fit for two people. Twin-Share Accommodation is for two people per standard room (traveling parties are booked in the same room); Private Accommodation is for one person in a standard room.
