  Valley of the Kings

  You will be picked up from your hotel, Nile cruise or the airport by one of Gem Explore's Egyptologists. You'll cross to the West bank, where you will visit the Valley Of The Kings. There, you will see the beautifully painted royal tombs at the Valley of Kings. For over than Three Thousand years , the kings of the New Kingdom (1500-1070 B.C.) were buried in this valley like King Tut Ankh Amon ( Require Extra ticket) ,Tutmosis the first , Tutmosis the third , Ramses the forth and Ramses the ninth and many other royal tombs, Sixty four royal tombs been discovered till today. which is the world's most magnificent burial ground. During our excursion at the Valley of kings you will visit three royal tombs ,sure the guide will help you to visit the best options.

  Tomb of King Tutankhamun (Tut)

  KV 62 is the burial place for the golden king Tut Ankh Amon ( Mummy still inside) the tomb consider from the best because it is been found intact .( Require special ticket)(Optional Visit)

• Valley of the Nobles (Pass by)

  During your journey you will enjoy amazing view for the valley of the nobles which contains thousands of tombs for the high officials during the new kingdom ( 1550 -1070 BC) you can stop for photos from outside!!

• Ramesseum (Mortuary Temple of Ramses II) (Pass by)

  Ramesseum is the mortuary temple for king Ramses the great dates back to 1279 BC, the temple is famous for it's 17m seated statue for king Ramses the second . Actually your tour in the west bank it is like a tour in open air museum amazing sight.

  Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari

  Next, you can visit Hatshepsut's temple. Hatshepsut (c.1473–1458 BC), the queen who became Pharaoh, built a magnificent temple at Deir al-Bahari, on the west bank of Luxor. The temple consists of three levels each of which has a colonnade at its far end. The temple’s walls are covered with beautiful painted reliefs depicting temple rituals, religious festivals, and even the transportation of obelisks from the quarry to their destination in Karnak Temple ,and for sure here expedition trip in Somalia ( Land of Punt). Perhaps most interesting are the reliefs in the portico on the so-called Middle Platform and the divine birth ( Mammisi) for queen Hatshepsut is amazing .

  Colossi of Memnon

  After lunch, you'll visit The Colossi of Memnon. They are two massive stone statues of the Pharaoh Amenhotep III, who reigned in Egypt during the Eighteenth Dynasty of Egypt. Since 1350 BCE, they have stood in the Theban Necropolis, located west of the River Nile from the modern city of Luxor.

  Temple of Karnak

  Then you will go to one of Luxor's most famous temples, Karnak. Karnak remains the most remarkable religious complex ever built on earth. Its 250 acres of temples and chapels, obelisks, columns , you can imagine that Karnak temples contains the biggest hypostyle hall all over the world !! , and statues were built over 2,000 years. It visualizes Egyptian art and architecture into a great historical monument of stone.

  Temple of Amun

  During your visit you will enjoy amazing tour in one the most important temples in Karnak temple complex , the temple is amazing with it's ram's heads sphinx statues , the temple dedicated to worship Luxor triad .

  Luxor Temple

  Then, you'll go to one of Luxor's primary temples; the Luxor temple. To the rear of the temple are chapels built by Amenhotep III of the 18th Dynasty, and Alexander. Other parts of the temple were built by Tutankhamun and Ramesses II. During the Roman era, the temple and its surroundings were a legionary fortress and the home of the Roman government in the area. Later, you will be escorted back to your hotel or even the airport.
