Comprehensive tour that covers all the major attractions of southwest Iceland, beginning with a drive to the national park and former parliament site at Thingvellir and continuing to lake Laugarvatn. Next stop is Geysir, the world’s most famous hot spring, and Strokkur, its smaller neighbour, which erupts in a spectacular of blue water every few minutes. The trip then continues to Gullfoss, the Queen of Icelandic waterfalls, returning to Reykjavík the garden village of Hveragerði.

The car is a 2019 Mercedes-Benz Vito Tourer 4x4, up to 7 passenger's with luggage, wifi, USB charcing points, all seats reclining, A/C, 4 wheel drive, doors on both sides.

    Pingvellir National Park

    The historical and geological wonder that is Þingvellir national park is home to the site of where the North-American and Eurasian tectonic plates are pulling apart. Þingvellir is also home to the site of the world’s oldest parliament Alþingi which was founded in the year 930 AD. Þingvellir has been on the UNESCO World Heritage list ever since.

    Gullfoss waterfall tumbles and plunges into a crevice some 32 meter (105 ft.) deep. The waterfall derives from the river Hvítá and offers exceptional scenery and views showing the true beauty of Iceland’s nature. The average amount of water running down the waterfall is 141 cubic metres (5,000 cu ft) per second in the summer and 80 cubic metres (2,800 cu ft) per second in the winter.
