Begin your sightseeing with a visit to the impressive Aswan High Dam, one of Egypt’s most important modern engineering achievements. From the top of the dam, enjoy panoramic views of Lake Nasser and the surrounding desert landscape.
Next, take a short boat ride to the beautiful Temple of Philae, dedicated to the goddess Isis. Located on Agilkia Island, this elegant temple complex is known for its detailed carvings and picturesque setting surrounded by the Nile.
Return to the cruise ship for dinner onboard and enjoy a folkloric entertainment show. Overnight stay aboard the cruise in Aswan.
At around 4:30 AM, depart with your guide for a shared trip to the magnificent Abu Simbel Temples. Arrive around 8:00 AM to explore the breathtaking rock-cut temples built by Pharaoh Ramses II, including the temple dedicated to his beloved queen Nefertari.
After visiting Abu Simbel, travel back to Aswan and return to your cruise around midday. Enjoy lunch onboard as the ship begins sailing toward Kom Ombo.
In the afternoon, visit the fascinating Temple of Kom Ombo, uniquely dedicated to two gods: Sobek, the crocodile god, and Horus, the falcon-headed god. The temple’s symmetrical design and riverside location make it one of the most interesting stops along the Nile.
Return to the cruise for dinner onboard while sailing toward Edfu, where the ship will dock overnight.
